I’m a process improvement consultant. I specialize in increasing company productivity using LEAN and QRM management, as well as the continuous improvement of KAIZEN. My clients are comprised of companies in varied industrial sectors, not reconciled with the imperfection of their processes.

In more than 14 years of experience I have helped more than 150 companies to improve. One common feature was the effort of motivating people and improving the functioning of a company. The process starts from a custom idea to implementation with employees.

Systematic Approach

I’m structured and I love spreadsheets. The basis for my recommendations is the verification of factors right on the spot (Gemba). The basis is extracting essentials and then focusing on priorities.

Global Methodologies

I draw know-how directly from global sources. The core consists of methodologies such as LEAN, the Toyota Production System, Quick Response Manufacturing, REFA and Kaizen. I also learn a lot on projects with my customers. We adapt everything to the specifics of the company’s processes.

Involvement of people

The success of the change depends on adoption by people right in the process. That’s why I work closely with the given workers throughout the project. I support their learning curve. Every culture is specific. As a native Slovak, I know the local specifics well.

Building a Community

I’m building a community of process improvers around me. I do trainings, speak at conferences, actively publish on LinkedIn and in professional magazines.
